Title:
SNOWSLIDE INDUCTION METHOD AND SNOWSLIDE INDUCTION BULLET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08159700
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To previously prevent any damage from being produced owing to occurrence of a large-scaled snowslide by putting a snowslide induction bullet into a snow surface, and thereafter priming an explosive compound with a rapid fuse for its explosion, and securely inducing artifical snowslide without limitation of weather conditions, geographical conditions, and the amount of snow, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A snowslide induction bullet 1 includes a body 2, an explosive compound 3, a rapid fuse 4, and a propulsion means. The explosive compound 3 is accommodated in a bullet head 2a of the body 2, and the amount thereof is selected in response to the amount of snow and geographical conditions. One end of the rapid fuse 4 is connected with the explosive compound 3, and is set to the length or more of a trajectory distance of the induction bullet 1. For a propulsion compound 8 used for the propulsion means there is sticked to a combustion chamber 6a a necessary amount to put the induction bullet 1 into a desired snow surface. Once a lead wire 13 is supplied with electric power, an igniter 12 is fired and the propulsion compound 8 is burned whereby a great amount of gas is injected from a nozzle 10 and hence the induction bullet 1 is put into the desired snow surface. Then, at a desired time, the rapid fuse 4 is supplied with electric power to explode the explosive compound 3. Hereby, damage is easily prevented from being produced owing to occurrence of large scale snow slide.
