Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap-based grease that can be efficiently produced in a short time.SOLUTION: A soap-based grease of the present invention is obtained by mixing a thickening agent or its precursor with a base oil to prepare a mixed liquid, and applying a minimum shear rate of 10sor more to the mixed liquid. Another soap-based grease of the present invention is obtained by mixing a base oil containing a precursor 1 of a thickening agent with a solution containing a precursor 2 of the thickening agent to prepare a mixed liquid, and applying a minimum shear rate of 10sor more to the mixed liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
