This soap containing the ocean deep water is characterized in that the soap contains the salt-reduced clean ocean deep water obtained by taking the deep water from the deep sea at 200 m or more depth under the sea surface, and containing rich mineral components, and treating the obtained deep water by a reverse osmosis film filtering method, an electrodialysis method, an ion exchanging method or a fresh water dilution method. The proportion of the salt-reduced ocean deep water based on the whole weight of the soap is preferably 16-17%.
