Means to incorporate the ozonized oil into soap is used. The soap is produced by an oil/fat saponification method or a fatty acid neutralization method while using a raw material prepared by mixing ozone gas with natural fat and oil 7 including oleic acid and ozonizing the mixture. Alternatively, the soap is produced by using oil and fat, with which ozonized oil is mixed, as a raw material, or the soap containing ozonized oil is produced by mixing the ozonized oil to unsolidified soap during a saponification process or a neutralization process as soap manufacturing processes or after these processes. Furthermore, the soap containing ozonized oil is produced when the ozonized oil is mixed to chip-shaped soap, liquid soap and the like manufactured by an ordinary method.
