A soap dispenser 10 comprises an attachment tube 16 provided on a counter part 12, a tank 18 of water soap liquid L, a body 14 fixed on the counter part 12 removably, and a wire 170 which connects the body 14 and the tank 18 and penetrates the counter part 12. At the lower part of the wire 170, a stopper member 184 is provided which can pass through the small-diameter opening 32 of the tank 18, latches the opening 32 in the tank 18, and prevents it from passing again after passing through the opening 32 once.
