Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the apparatus by which a high-quality soap can be produced even from a small amount of raw material.
CONSTITUTION: A small-capacity reaction vessel 3 is mounted on a rack 2. The reaction vessel 3 is surrounded by a heating means 4, a temperature measurement device 5 is provided on the bottom of the vessel 3, the vessel 3 is supported by a lower fixing part 6 and an upper fixing part 7, the lower part 6 is provided with a rotary member to allow the vessel to tilt, and the upper part 7 is supported by a fixing member energized by, e.g. a spring and engaged with a recess formed in the reactor. According to this apparatus, the temperature in the reaction vessel can be controlled in a high precision, and the apparatus can be easily handled.
