PURPOSE: To provide a soap stand, which is decorated and conveniently usable.

CONSTITUTION: A bottomed cylindrical base 1, whose cross section is nearly ellipse, is stood, a soap bearer 2 is placed inside the base 1, and a cylindrical cover 3, whose cross section is nearly ellipse, is formed so as to be movable up and down in the base 1 by an elastic body made of a ring rubber 18 through the soap bearer 2. The outside of the soap stand is decorated with various colors and figures and so on. The cover 3 is always raised using the elasticity of the ring rubber 18. When a soap 20 is put in the soap stand, the cover 3 can hide the soap 20 so as not to be seen. Thus, the beauty for a decoration is produced, and the soap 20 can be easily taken out of the stand, because it can be easily exposed by pushing the cover 3 down.
