Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock wearing aid that enables a person with restriction in a physical range of motion to wear socks without applying a physical load and completely.SOLUTION: A sock wearing aid includes a sock wearing part 3 constituted of a bottom plate 21 and a side plate 22 and capable of folding the side plate, and an enclosure 2 for supporting it. The sock wearing part 3 rotates in the vertical direction. The sock wearing part 3 is turned upward and folded, and the sock is covered up on the side plate and the bottom plate from a sock wearing mouth. A bottom plate tip comes in contact with a sock tip, and the sock is raised until a wearing mouth edge comes in contact with an arm part and the sock is worn. The sock wearing part is turned downward, and the side plate is hooked to the arm part, and thereby a state of widening the sock wearing mouth is held. While stepping on the bottom plate by a foot opposite to the foot for wearing the sock, the foot is set in the wearing mouth and trod through, and thereby the sock can be worn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
