To provide a socket cover which can be easily attached to and detached from not the outer surface of a socket but the inner surface thereof.
The socket cover 10 includes an inner cylinder part 11 to be inserted into the inner surface of a socket 2; a lid part 13 which blocks the inserting-side end portion of the inner cylinder part 11; a flange part 19 with a plurality of through screw holes 18 formed therein, the flange part extending from the outer circumference of the front-side end of the inner cylinder part 11; a plurality of locking through-holes 12 formed in a position corresponding to a seal storage groove 3 of the inner cylinder part 11; a push-fit bolt 20 to be fastened to each through screw hole 18; and a fixing member 21 having an exposed part 21b having a bolt insert hole 21a, and a locking claw 21d, the claw part extending to the deep side from the exposed part 21b and also extending radially to the outside so that its top is inserted to the seal storage groove 3 through the through-hole 12. The cover further includes a presser nut 22 (gripping part) which presses the exposed part 21b onto the flange part 19, and a seal member 5 sealing the inner cylinder 11 to the inner surface of the socket 2.
