Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-focus CRT socket composed of less parts and improved in assembly.
SOLUTION: A pair of focus contacts (70) of the same shape are formed having a high-voltage contact (71) at one end of a coupling plate (73) and a coupling connector (72) of a leaf spring at the other end. Making a discharge electrode (15A) contact the coupling connection part (72), one focus contact (70) is made a first focus contact (7A), and the other is made a second focus contact (7B), making a second exterior lead wire (30) contact the coupling connector (72). Thus, the one focus contact (70) can be used both for the first and the second focus contacts (7A), (7B).
