Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a socket for package insertion in which deformations of the lead terminals can be suppressed by reducing the stress on the lead terminal at the time of inserting the package in the socket.
CONSTITUTION: A contact part 5 having a structure in which a groove part 7 made of an insulating material and having a shape allowing free insertion of the end of the lead terminal 3 of the package 1 to be inserted is provided and also a conductive liquid 8 is poured into this groove part 7.
