The socket suspension rack comprises a handle and a suspension rod extending from the handle. At least one T-shaped rail extends from one edge of the suspension rod. A plurality of socket connectors each has a T-shaped groove formed therein for receiving the T-shaped rail. A socket stud extends from the outside to be connected to the socket. A clamp extends from the face of the suspension rod for holding a ratchet handle bracket. Furthermore, the socket suspension rod is mounted with the ratchet handle bracket. The ratchet handle bracket has a bridge formed to hold a ratchet handle at a proper position for reception.
