Abstract:
To facilitate discharge of a moisture content gathering at a socket for tying hard on a carrying vessel.
A hole 12 to lock a hook 10 for a tying hard is formed on a deck 11, and a socket 14 is welded on the back of the hole 12. A bag 15 formed of a sheet having elasticity and resiliency is inserted through a hole 12 in the socket 14, and water dripping from the hole 12 is gathered in a bag 15. By grasping out a rope 15a for drawing attached to the bag 15 through the hole 12, the bag 15 is drawn out, and water gathered in the bag 15 is discharged.
