A rib 8 is formed at the edge of the receiving table 4, and the root of an IC lead 11 of an IC 10 is supported with the rib 8. A link mechanism for pressing a pressing member 17 against the IC lead 11 according to the rising of the cover 2 is arranged in the cover 2. When the force applied to the cover 2 is released, the cover 2 is raised by the energizing force of the coil spring, the pressing member 17 pushes down the IC lead 11, and thereby, the IC lead 11 and the connecting part 9a of the contact 9 are surely electrically connected.
