PURPOSE: To grow grass, wild grass, and tree separately by a method in which a vegetating bag filled with the seeds of wild grass and tree and a bag filled with fertilizer are attached to a netting fitted with a vegetating mat with the seeds of grass.

CONSTITUTION: A vegetating mat 2 made of nonwoven cotton fiber cloth, etc., having the seeds of wild grass and tree is attached to a netting 1. A vegetating bag 3 made of a water-soluble film, etc., having the seeds of grass and a fertilizer bag 4 are attached to the netting 1 with the mat 2 in such a way as to position the bag 3 on the upside of the bag 4 when the netting 1 is laid. Since grass, wild grass, and trees are completely separated from each other, the growth of the grass can be protected and even the wild grass and the tree can be surely grown.
