PURPOSE: To provide the dialysis pharmaceutical having excellent stability and water solubility by laminating a layer contg. org. acids and a layer contg. bicarbonate via an intermediate layer held therebetween, thereby preparing the laminated pharmaceutical contg. the electrolyte necessary for preparing a dialyzate and the pharmacologically permitted org. acids.
CONSTITUTION: This dialysis pharmaceutical is formed as the laminated pharmaceutical contg. the electrolyte necessary for preparing the dialyzate contg. at least Na+, Ca++, Cl- and HCO3- and the pharmacologically permitted org. acids. Namely, the pharmaceutical is formed by laminating the inside layer contg. a core material (nucleus) and the org. acids without contg. the bicarbonate, the outside layer contg. the bicarbonate without contg. the org. acids and the intermediate layer to be interposed between the inside and outside layers. One or ≥2 kinds selected from a group consisting of citric acid, tartaric acid, maleic acid, oxaloacetic acid, isocitric acid and malic acid are used as the solid org. acids. As a result, the dialysis pharmaceutical which has the excellent stability and dissolves rapidly in water at the time of use is provided.
