Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-sensation soft candy having a soft texture and palatability with excellent chewable properties inherent to a soft candy, capable of effectively preventing sticking to teeth, having variety of various tastes.SOLUTION: The soft candy includes a soft candy body and a food material stuck to the surface of the soft candy body. The food material includes a raw material plant or a processed plant product holding a structure of the fruit of the plant. The area of the region to which the processed plant product is stuck is 30% or more of the whole surface area of the soft candy.
