Abstract:
PURPOSE: To insert surely a hose having flexibility into a tubular member and conduct assembly.
CONSTITUTION: While a tubular member 1 is fixed and retained, a hose 2 is held by means of a chuck 46 at the tip of a hand 40 (A). The end portion 2a of the hose 2 is made to approach to the end portion of the tubular member 1 at the angle of 45° in regard to its axis, and the end portion 2a of the hose 2 is put on the end portion of the tubular member 1 (B). The hose 2 is turned so that the axis of the hose 2 may coincide with the axis of the tubular member 1 with the end portion 2a of the hose 2 thus put on as a center, and then the end portion 2a of the hose 2 is inserted temporarily into the tubular member 1 (C). The hose 2 is slightly pulled out once, and then the end portion 2a of the hose 2 is inserted into the tubular member 1 up to determined depth (C). Afterwards, the vicinity of an end portion 2b on the opposite side of the hose 2 is held by means of the hand 40 (D), and the hand 40 is rotated by 180° and action shifts to insertion action into another tubular member of the end portion 2b of the opposite side.
