Abstract:
To provide soft ice cream which is suitable for both over-the-counter sale and mail-order sale and allows a user to enjoy a new taste and texture by topping and hand-rubbing when eating while maintaining a particular shape of a soft ice cream body.SOLUTION: A soft ice cream 1 comprises: a package 2 comprising a side part 21 to which a side 21a provided by laminating two resin films having flexibility is bonded, a bottom part 22 in which the periphery of a bottom surface 22a is bonded between low ends of the two resin films, and an upper part 23 in which a zipper 23a capable of opening/closing and sealing the inside is formed at an opening part 23b; and a soft ice cream body 3 spirally arranged at the bottom surface 22a extended over the bottom part 22 of the package 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
