Abstract:
To provide soft magnetic powder the magnetic properties and yield of which are effectively improved and to provide a soft magnetic material and a method for producing the soft magnetic material.
A boron-containing insulated film is formed on the surface of the soft magnetic powder. The insulated film-formed soft magnetic powder is subjected to compression molding to obtain a molding. The molding is heat-treated to remove the strain thereof and form another insulated film consisting of boron nitride on the surface of the molding.
