PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic material capable of preventing degradation of magnetic characteristics caused by application of pressure or heat.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic material 1 includes: a belt-like amorphous material 4; and a nanocrystal phase 3, precipitated inside the amorphous material 4. The degree of crystallinity exceeds 0 and less than 30%.
