Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for recording a biological structure and a spatial relationship of an independent component in an oral cavity after installing an immediate implantation in an extraction site of a tooth.SOLUTION: A dental implantation 30 includes a hollow shell 10, the shell engaging with a soft tissue socket part in a gingival tissue after extracting a tooth and having an outer biocompatible surface for promoting a therapeutic cure. The shell is tapered outwardly from a first peripheral part 16 toward a second peripheral part 18, the second peripheral part being formed in an asymmetric scallop shape, and includes facing distal and proximal peak parts 20, 22, and facing tongue-side and face-side troughs 24, 26 between the peak parts. The dental implantation in a bone socket part is firmly connected to a temporary post 40 and extends in the shell. The shell engages with a soft tissue socket part without a gap and without requiring an alignment between the shell and an implantation axial line 12, 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
