PURPOSE: To enable paperlike wooden piece to be stuck even onto the deep drawn part of the base plate which becomes the master form of a product by a method in which the paperlike wooden piece is successively transferred into the gap between arranged pluralities of pairs of softening gears, and it is softened by crumpling, and then its one face is coated with an adhesive, and the other surface is coated with water.

CONSTITUTION: When a paperlike wooden piece 3 is transferred to a softening mechanism 1 from a placing holder 5, it is successively transferred into the gap between each pair of softening gears 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 10a, 10b from the gap between softening gears 6a, 6b, and said piece is crumpled many times, and it is softened when it is sent from the softening mechanism 1, whereby it may be folded into a desired shape. Next, the paperlike wooden piece 3 is transferred into the gap between the coating roll 14 coated with an adhesive 16 in a coating mechanism 2 and the sticking roll 17 wetted with water, and thus while the piece is softened further, it is simultaneously coated with the adhesive 16. Accordingly, the paperlike wooden piece 3 may be stuck onto the base plate of a product-master form, even if any deep drawn part is formed on said plate.
