PURPOSE: To protect a copyright by using communication information managed by the communication function part of a composite terminal which executes the program processing of a software for the certification of the software.

CONSTITUTION: A key fitting part 11 of a software supplying device 10 which supplies the software through a communication network 20 to a composite communication terminal 1 fits a protection key prepared by a prescribed procedure to a software transmitted from the software supplying device 10 based on the communication information managed by a communicating part 12. The communication part 12 becomes possible to access to the composite communication terminal 1, and supplies the requested software. Then, a communication information informing part 16 communicates the communication information managed by the communicating part 12 by the request of the key fitting part 11. Thus, the usage of the software itself or the copy in the jurisdiction area of the other composite terminal or radio base station is made impossibe without specifically adding a hardware or the software which sets a proper code for protecting the software.
