PURPOSE: To produce a soil activator which comprises a variety of Chinese medical herbs having antibacterial, anti-pathogenic insect and pest-repellent activities, and can attain control of plant diseases and repelling of injurious animals, and increase the intrinsic metabolism energy of the plants by activating the soil to promote their growth without occurrence of resistant pests.

CONSTITUTION: The soil activator A comprises a variety of finely powdered Chinese herb medicines such as oyster, citrus peel, jujubes (Chinese date), germ wheat, bone fossil, Polygonati Rhizoma, licorice, which have actions to promote crop growth and to control plant diseases caused by microorganisms. The soil activator B comprises finely powdered Chinese herb medicines such as goldthread, Chinese cork tree, Guinea pepper, Notopterygii Rhizome, rhubarb, which have especially marked antibacterial, anti-pathogenic insect and pest-repellent activities. The soil activators A and B are combined to give the objective soil activator C.
