To analyze the soil on a slope in consideration of a soil rainfall index and an actually measured groundwater level.SOLUTION: An estimation unit 22 repeats accepting, as an input, time-series data of a soil rainfall index from an actual measurement time to a predetermined period before the actual measurement time for an actually measurable point where a groundwater level can be measured, estimating the groundwater level at the actual measurement time by using a neural network, and setting an analytical water level, while changing the length of the predetermined period. A correlation calculation unit 24 uses an actually measured water level, which is a groundwater level actually measured for the actually measurable point for each actual measurement period, and the estimated analytical water level to calculate, for the actually measurable point, a correlation coefficient between the actually measured water level and the analytical water level, for each length of the predetermined period. A classification unit 26 classifies the actually measurable point by using the correlation coefficient and a length of the predetermined period during which the correlation coefficient is maximized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
