To provide a soil cement sampling tool capable of surely sampling soil cement at a predetermined sampling position.

This soil cement sampling tool comprises an outer tube body 2 having a window opening 8 in a peripheral wall part 7 and attached to the end of an excavating and agitating rod 6; an inner tube body 3 rotatably fitted into the outer tube body 2; and a sampling pipe 5 stored in a sampling pipe storage part 11 in the inner tube body through a storage part inlet 10 formed in the peripheral wall part 9 of the inner tube body 3 and opened at one end. An inner tube body rotating operation piece 15 projecting from the window opening 8 of the outer tube body 2 to the outside is formed on the peripheral wall part 9 of the inner tube body 3. The inner tube body 3 is rotated by rotating the operation piece 15 in one direction from one end to the other end of the window opening 8 of the outer tube body 2 to rotate the inner tube body 3 and close the storage inlet 10 of the sampling pipe storage part 11 by covering the inlet by the peripheral wall part 7 of the outer tube body 2. The storage part inlet 10 is opened by rotating the operation piece 15 in the reverse direction.
