To provide a soil cleaner composition that contributes to improving the power of cleaning the soil contaminated with pollutants such as oil.SOLUTION: A soil cleaner composition comprises a component (A) and a component (B) [excluding the component (A)], with the mass content ratio between the component (A) and the component (B), (A)/(B), of 50/50 or more and 99/1 or less.
