A pipe (2) for jetting a high-pressure fluid jet (Jc) in the horizontal direction is inserted into a boring hole (1) dug in the soil to be cleaned, the pipe (2) is rotatively pulled up while the high-pressure fluid jet (Jc) is jetted and also a fluid with a mixed adsorbent is jetted, the adsorbent is separated from a slurry discharged to the ground side, and the contaminant adsorbed by the separated adsorbent is removed from the adsorbent.
