Abstract:
To provide a soil evaluation device and a soil evaluation method capable of determining whether an excavator reaches a predetermined soil or not.
This soil evaluation device 1 includes an acoustic receiver 2 and a triaxial accelerometer 3 for acquiring the time history data on the noise and vibration correlated to the operating conditions of the excavator, a data analyzing part 5 for analyzing the time history data, and a notification part 6 for notifying that the excavator M reaches a support soil GR. This soil evaluation method determines whether the excavator M reaches the support soil GR or not using the soil evaluation device.
