Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a tester which can automatically drive a penetration bar.

CONSTITUTION: A weight 23 is lifted up with the engagement piece 22 of a chain, endless-run around a tester mainframe by a drive motor 19, released at the upper part and dropped, a penetration bar 1 is driven into soil by using the impulse, the drive frequencies are counted by a counter 24 and the counted value is displayed.
