To execute soil improvement work rationally, economically, and with high efficiency without setting a manufacturing plant for solidification material slurry at each construction site by common use of the manufacturing plant at a plurality of the construction sites.
A fixed type slurry plant 10 for manufacturing the solidification material slurry for the soil improvement work by determining formulation so as to make usable life not less than 2 hours and not more than 14 days is arranged. The solidification material slurry having an adequate usable life is carried to the construction site by a carrying device 20. The solidification material slurry is preserved in an onsite storage apparatus 30 for storing the solidification material slurry at the construction site till an arbitrary time point within the usable life, and thereafter the solidification material slurry is mixed with target soil at the construction site to carry out the soil improvement.
