Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the adverse influence upon buildings around the planned ground to be improved by using forward revolution of a screw auger in combination with reverse revolution to move earth when grout is injected in the ground with high pressure to develop a hardening body in the ground by forcedly stirring soil with a stirring wing.
CONSTITUTION: An injection rod 1 is penetrated up to planned depth in the planned improvement ground 10, grout C is injected from a front end nozzle 9 of a stirring wing 4 with high pressure and, at the same time, the injection rod 1 is pulled out while moving 10b core soil 10a with a screw auger 2. At that time, an enlarged hardening layer A (injection stirring section) with a large diameter is formed by grout injection and soil stirring and, at the same time, part of jet of the grout C is impregnated into a core space formed by moving 10b the core soil 10a and is circulated. The core space is formed into a hardening layer B to prevent the occurrence of an unimproved section of the enlarged hardening layer A. In that course, the displacement of the peripheral ground is continuously measured, and when the displacement occurs, the displacement is dissolved by pushing force with reverse revolution of the screw auger and tensile pressure with forward revolution thereof.
