A soil paving method comprises the steps of: leveling the surface earth of a pavement object ground, putting a weak alkali fixation agent into the soil after the surface leveling step, agitating and mixing the above-mentioned fixation agent with the soil, watering the soil after the agitation step, and applying rolling to the soil after the watering step.
