To provide a soil property determination method capable of accurately determining a soil property for calculating a conversion N value by handling, as a group, data related to allowable bearing capacities obtained by a Swedish sounding test conducted at multiple points on the soil subjected to a survey.
The soil property determination method is for determining the soil property for calculating the conversion N value from a test result of the Swedish sounding test. The Swedish sounding test is conducted at the multiple points on the soil of the site subjected to the survey, obtained allowable bearing capacities at the multiple points for each depth are handled as a group, and from the correlation between a value of at least one item or more of an average value, standard deviation, minimum value, maximum value, range, relative range, and variation coefficient of the allowable bearing capacities at the multiple points for each depth and the soil property, the soil property at each depth of the soil of the site subjected to the survey is determined.
