Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cleaning method, a soil cleaning system and a sparging rod assembly, by which, in a target soil contaminated with oil and/or a volatile organic compound (VOC), the VOC is decomposed in situ without using chemicals or by using chemicals in an extremely reduced amount, the decomposed VOC is uniformly, efficiently and reliably made to float on muddy water of the soil in a slurry state, the floating oil can be easily and reliably collected to clean the contaminated soil.SOLUTION: A target soil is converted into a slurry by supplying water and/or microbubble ozone water and stirring by use of a stirring device; and a plurality of sparging rods spraying at least one of water, microbubble ozone water and compressed air is installed in the target soil in a slurry state; at least microbubble ozone water and compressed air are sprayed to the target soil from the plurality of sparging rods for sparging to decompose a VOC in the target soil as well as to make oil to float above the slurry of the target soil; the oil floating above the slurry is collected together with the slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
