Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow a seed box to be taken out by horizontally attaching a soil removing brush above a seed box transverse-feeding device and by raising the soil removing brush with one end of it being as a fulcrum.
CONSTITUTION: A rotatable soil removing brush 10 is attached above a seed box transverse-feeding belt 9 so that the longitudinal direction of the brush and the feeding direction of the belt meet at right angles. A bottom plate of a brush case 11 is serve as a soil protector and can be opened, and the both side plates of the brush case support the both ends of the rotational axis of the brush 10, and one of the side plates is connected to one of a support frame of the seed box transverse-feeding belt 9 using a hinge 12, while the other side plate is provided with a magnetic clamp 13 so that the brush case can be opened and closed with the other support frame. Even if a seed box a stops at any portion on the seed box transverse-feeding belt 9, the seed box a can be taken out by unlocking the magnetic clamp 13, opening the brush case 11 with the hinge 12 being as a fulcrum, and opening the bottom plate under the soil removing brush 10. This easily removes a seed box under the soil removing brush 10.
