To provide a soil-solidifying material capable of maintaining the solidified strength of at or larger than a definite value in a long run, and also capable of maintaining natural environment since a soil-containing material which is the subject of the treatment, does not become strongly alkaline.
This soil-solidifying material contains cement and primary calcium phosphate. The mass ratio of (the primary calcium phosphate)/(the cement) is preferably 0.5 to 2.3. The soil-solidifying agent is supplied into the soil-containing material by an amount becoming 70 kg/m3 cement amount based on the unit volume of the soil-containing material. As the primary calcium phosphate which is the component of the solid-solidifying material, calcium superphosphate containing 10 to 20 mass% (based on P2O5) water soluble phosphoric acid, a highly pure primary calcium phosphate material containing 60 to 70 mass% (based on P2O5) water soluble phosphoric acid etc., can be used.
