Abstract:

To provide a soil-surface covering material containing bamboo powder, even resisting rain and wind, having adequate softness, capable of being used even on a slope and its execution method and a civil-engineering structure, and its manufacturing method.

The soil-surface covering material 10 in which bamboo powder in which a bamboo is powdered and cement and water are mixed is spread all over a ground-levelled soil surface, and cement is cured. Or bamboo powder and soil and the soil-surface covering material 10 in which the seeds of a plant for covering a surface and water are mixed is spread all over the ground- levelled soil surface, the seeds of the plant are germinated, and the plant is grown on the surface of a position, where the soil-surface covering material 10 is spread.
