Abstract:
To provide a solar battery whose photoelectric conversion efficiency is high and in which the deterioration of solar battery characteristics is suppressed even at a high temperature and high humidity environment, and a method of manufacturing the solar battery.
In the solar battery, a linear light receiving surface electrode on a substrate having pn junction is provided with a ground electrode layer and a plating electrode layer on the ground electrode layer, and the plating electrode layer has a line width which is the same as that of the ground electrode layer or a line width narrower than that of the ground electrode layer.
