To provide a solar battery module having an electrical reliability and a long time endurance/weather resistance by a low cost manufacturing method by reducing a thermal stress of soldering caused when connecting a lead wire with an electrode of a solar battery cell, or an internal stress occurring at an adhesion part between the lead wire and the solar battery cell to prevent a warpage/damage of the solar battery cell.
The solar battery cell module with at least two solar battery cells connected in series or in parallel comprises a surface electrode on one main surface side of the solar battery cell, and a rear surface electrode on the other main surface side. The electrode of the solar battery cell and an electrode of a solar battery cell adjacent to the solar battery cell are connected by the lead wire, and a groove or an irregularity are formed on the lead wire. Its manufacturing method is also provided.
