Title:
SOLAR BATTERY MODULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001077390
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To minimize the degradation of solar battery performance under long-term outdoor exposure, particularly under high-temperature, high-humidity environments, by composing the solar battery of an ethylene-unsaturated fatty acid ester-unsaturated fatty acid ternary copolymer.

Photovoltaic elements 301 are laminated using a sealing material together with an ETFE film as a front film 303, which is prepared by corona- discharging a surface for bonding to a lower-layer closing material, a polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film as a backside film 304, and a galvalium steel sheet for roof material as a support plate 305. That is, an EMM sheet and the ETFE film are put over a light-receiving surface of the elements 301 and the EMM sheet, the PET film and the support plate are put over their backside, and they are heated at 150°C for 30 minutes using a vacuum laminator while applying pressure and deaerating. Therefore, a solar battery module excellent in weather resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and photoelectric conversion efficiency can be formed.
