Abstract:
To provide a solar battery module for validly preventing environmental destruction by electric light or the like due to the reflection of lights on a light incident side, for applying satisfactory appearance, and for obtaining specific information.
This solar battery module is provided with a transparent insulating substrate 1, having first and second main faces, and a transparent electrode layer 2, semiconductor photoelectric conversion layer 3, and backside electrode layer 4 sequentially laminated on the first main face of the transparent insulating substrate 1, and glare-proof film 10 formed, so that a prescribed pattern can be obtained on the second main face of the transparent insulating substrate 1.
