To provide a solar battery module which attains improvement in total photoelectric conversion efficiency and prevents peeling of a metal electrode thin film layer in the production process of a solar battery, by decreasing insolation drop to the solar battery even when the radiation angle of the sunlight is changed.
The solar battery module is provided with a protecting layer composed of an adhesive layer 72 and a weather resistant resin layer 73 on the side of photodetection plane, while holding the solar battery formed on a film substrate between these layers and a protecting layer composed of an adhesive layer 4 and a reinforcing layer 5 on the side of non-photodetection plane. Protecting layers 72 and 73 on the side of photodetection plane are formed by making a cross section perpendicular with the inclination of a slope to install the solar battery module into almost semicylindrical continuous cross section having plural projecting circular arcs continued to that photodetection plane, and applying embossing treatment to the photodetection plane side surface of the adhesive layer 72 on the side of photodetection plane.
