An inventive solar battery panel trestle 20 has one panel installation flat surface on which solar battery panels are arranged, and is erected on a foundation block disposed on the ground so as to form one foundation plane. The solar battery panel trestle 20 includes: stringers 24 joined to a foundation block 11 through leg materials 22, respectively and juxtaposed so as to be apart from each other; a soffit material 25 laid over the stringers 24 and joining the stringers 24 to each other; and panel fitting materials 26 joined and juxtaposed on the soffit material 25 and forming the panel installation flat surface. The foundation block 11 has junction height adjustment means capable of adjusting the height of a trestle fitting part 110 to which a leg material 22 is joined, embedded by mortar after the height adjustment, and formed integrally with the foundation block 11.
