To provide a solar battery panel which ensures waterproofing performance of a roof, without having to provide a support member having a function of a gutter along a declining ridge.
This solar battery panel 50 arranged along a declining ridge is formed, such that a width dimension S4 of an oblique frame portion 56 thereof is set to a value larger than width dimensions S1, S2, S3 of side frame portions 53, 54 and a bottom frame portion 55, respectively. Thus, even if the oblique frame portion 56 is provided with a gutter portion 57, it can be easily set within the width dimension S4 of the oblique frame portion 56. Therefore, the solar battery panel 50 can be mounted on each of roof surfaces 14, 15, without causing problems in setting dimensions thereof. Furthermore, even if an upper portion of the oblique frame portion 56 is covered with a declining ridge coping member, the coping member can be superposed on the oblique frame member 56, whereby a gap 19 between the declining ridge and the solar battery panel 50 is covered with the coping member. Thus, the waterproofing performance of the roof 10 can be ensured.
