Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery capable of improving a characteristic.SOLUTION: One portion of an n-electrode 12 of each solar battery cell is electrically connected to a wiring 43 for the n-electrode by a conductive material in a second direction (Y-direction) crossing with a first direction (X-direction), and one portion of a p-electrode positioned between adjacent conductive materials in the second direction is isolated from the wiring 43 for the n-electrode by an isolation material. One portion of the p-electrode 11 of each solar battery is electrically connected to a wiring 45 for the p-electrode by the conductive material, and one portion of the n-electrode 12 positioned between adjacent conductive materials in the second direction is isolated from the wiring 45 for the p-electrode by the insulation material. The conductive material corresponding to the p-electrode 11 of one solar battery cell and the conductive material corresponding to the n-electrode 12 of the other solar battery cell, and the conductive material corresponding to the n-electrode 12 of one solar battery cell, and the conductive material corresponding to the p-electrode 11 of the other solar battery cell are respectively arranged on the same line in the second direction.
