Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a solar battery wherein a transparent electrode can be formed at high producibility and electric characteristic can be maintained stably for a long period even under high temperature and high humidity.
CONSTITUTION: In a solar battery which has an optical-to-electrical transducer layer 101 and a transparent electrode 102 on a conductive substrate 100, the transparent electrode is formed by applying and hardening electrode formation composite consisting of binding agent resin and superfine particle of ITO (solid solution of indium oxide and tin oxide) and solvent on an optical-to-electrical transducer layer. Both isolated indium and tin in the transparent electrode are 50ppm or less.
