Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell device which is installed vertical to the ground or at a slight angle to the vertical so as to effectively introduce sunlight to the inside.
SOLUTION: A solar cell device has such a structure that a glass plate 2 is arranged on the side of a photoelectric conversion device 1 where light is incident. In this case, belt-like parts 21 different from in refractive index from the other part of the glass plate 2 are formed inside the glass plate 2 so as to enable their surfaces to make a certain angle with the main surface of the glass plate 2 where sunlight is incident, wherein the above certain angle is set nearly equal to the longitude of a site where the solar cell device is installed.
