Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a panel section body have a light-weight and firm structure, and to lengthen a travel distance when a solar cell device is loaded on an electric vehicle by making the panel section body for reinforcing a solar cell panel have an honeycomb-sandwich structure. CONSTITUTION:A panel section body 3 is composed of honeycomb sandwich structure consisting of an aluminum plate 3A disposed to the lower section of a solar cell panel 2, aluminum plates 3B arranged at regular intervals in parallel in the lower section of the plate 3A and honeycombs 3A, 3C... interposed among these plates 3A, 3B. The body 3 is bonded and fixed to a frame 4 made up of a U-shaped sectional member with a silicone sealant 5 together with the panel 2. In travelling, the panel 2 receives solar rays, and induced currents generated in the panel 2 are changed in a main battery 52 through a reverse current preventive diode 53.
